MCPR’s brands and events division was established in 2014 as the newest development for the company. Having undertaken numerous projects in the brand arena with our artists (Robbie Williams and Samsung, Lily Allen and New Look, Kylie and Coty, Paloma Faith and Mastercard to name but a few) the company is ideally placed to achieve synchronicity between their enviable client list and brands.
In 2011, the company was asked to handle all media and event management for the secret reunion of The Stone Roses. This highly prestigious appointment opened the doors to many other cultural events, including Yoko Ono’s Meltdown 2013 Festival, which MCPR were instrumental in developing and promoting with London’s South Bank Centre. Whilst artist PR will always be a pivotal part of MCPR, the company has developed to encompass compatible brands and events projects, which play an increasing role in our operations.
18 months into the Brand and Event division’s inception, clients include Citadel Festival 2016, Wahaca's Day of the Dead Festival 2015, Attitude Magazine and their year round celebrity award ceremonies, Mama and Company’s five day festival Somersault Festival 2014 and 2015, Omniverse and Cinema Live (event cinema specialists), Kat Maconie and Air & Grace (shoe designers), up and coming designer accessories label Strathberry of Scotland, restaurant A Little Of What You Fancy plus ongoing pro bono work with Unicef.
