Sample Answer’s forthcoming EP ‘Textile Baby’ is released on October 23rd through ACP Recordings/Essential Music. The EP was produced, recorded and mixed by Iestyn Polson who has previously worked with Patti Smith and David Bowie.
‘Textile Baby’ is the follow up to Sample Answer’s impressive debut EP ‘Good Boy’. The title track from ‘Good Boy’ has now reached over 500,000 streams online and saw extensive support from BBC Radio 1’s Annie Mac and XFM’s John Kennedy and the official music video was featured on UK TV’s Channel 4 show ‘Sunday Brunch’. The Independent described the EP’s next single, ‘Proud’, as a ‘fantastic tune’.
Whilst busy writing, the Dublin-born London based musician has also performed at Latitude Festival as well as supporting the likes of Pete Doherty, Damien Rice and The Fratellis. Sample Answer will join Gabrielle Aplin on her sold out UK tour later this month before hitting the road in October and November with The Milk.
